Using Biosha Studio
Biosha Studio provides creative resources, prompts, educational content, portfolio material, and information about creative services. You may use the site for lawful personal or business purposes. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate another person's rights.
Free prompts and creative resources
Unless a specific resource states otherwise, free prompts may be used to create personal or commercial outputs. The prompt text itself may not be resold, repackaged, or redistributed as a competing prompt product without permission. Results produced by third-party AI tools are governed by the applicable tool provider's terms.
Creative services
Submitting a project brief does not create a client relationship or guarantee acceptance of a project. Scope, pricing, ownership, licensing, delivery dates, and payment terms for commissioned work will be agreed separately before work begins.
No guarantee of AI outputs
AI tools can change over time and may produce different results from the same prompt. Biosha Studio provides prompts, examples, and workflows as creative guidance and does not guarantee that a third-party model will reproduce an example exactly.
Intellectual property
The Biosha Studio name, branding, original site design, written materials, and original creative work remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and tools remain the property of their respective owners.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the platform adds products, paid resources, or other services. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
